1. Acceptance and General Conditions

By accessing the restaurant or confirming a reservation, the guest fully accepts the following Terms and Conditions, including clauses related to modifications, cancellations, transportation, and force majeure.

2.  Experience Packages

Packages must be accepted in their entirety. No modifications or substitutions to food or beverages are permitted.

Allergies or intolerances must be communicated at the time of booking.

No refunds will be provided for any unused portions of the package.

Extras must be paid for on-site.

3. Booking Validity

  • A reservation is valid only after final confirmation via email.
  • The reservation will be held for 30 minutes after the scheduled time. After this period, it will be considered a no-show.

4. Non Refundable Rate

No refunds will be issued.

One free date change is allowed (within 5 days of the scheduled date) by writing to reservation@antalia.it.

If the new package has a higher price, the difference must be paid. If the new price is lower, the credit may be used for extra services (non-refundable).

5. Refundable Rate

Cancellations up to 5 days before the scheduled date: full refund.

Cancellations less than 5 days in advance: no refund, including in case of no-show.

One free date change is allowed (within 5 days), subject to availability.

6. Free Shuttle Service

The shuttle service is free of charge, shared, and optional. It is only available upon request during the booking process.

Antalia reserves the right to modify or suspend the service for operational or safety reasons. Such decisions are final and non-contestable.

The journey may take up to 40 minutes or more depending on local traffic. Guests are advised to plan their arrival accordingly.

The service operates from specific meeting points, which will be communicated via email in the reservation confirmation. Antalia will provide detailed instructions to facilitate access to the service.

Guests must arrive punctually at the scheduled time; delays may result in loss of the service.

For return trips, guests must notify staff at least 15 minutes in advance.

The service is available only during pre-defined time slots and within a designated area.

7. Closures / Force Majeures

In exceptional cases (natural events, emergencies, restrictions):

The decision of the Management is final and non-contestable.

Antalia will offer a date change or non-refundable credit valid for 12 months.

No monetary refunds will be provided.

8. Communications

The guest agrees to receive communications via SMS or WhatsApp.

Failure to receive communications not attributable to Antalia does not entitle the guest to any refund.

It is the guest’s responsibility to monitor for updates.

9. General Policy

Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Tables are assigned upon confirmation. If booking on behalf of others, please provide their names.

Any delays must be communicated.

Pets are not allowed.

Inappropriate behavior may result in denial of access.

10. Document Validity

The reference document is the version available at: www.antalia.it

The most recent online version at the time of booking shall apply.

Future modifications are not retroactive unless beneficial to the guest.
