Good to know before you arrive
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Late check-out is not available.
Arriving late or early
Late arrivals are welcome: reception is open 24 hours, with a night porter after midnight. If you arrive early, we look after your luggage and you can relax in the common areas.
Children
Petra and Aqua: up to 2 guests, no cot or extra bed. Aria: 2 adults and 1 child aged 0–2 in a cot. No extra beds.
Pets
Pets are not allowed. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome in the cases provided for by applicable law.
Smoking
Not allowed in the rooms or indoors; permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Visitors
Visitors are not allowed in the rooms. They are welcome in the common areas while Chic Mama is open. For proposals, celebrations or special requests, access can be arranged case by case with our team.
Night-time
We ask all guests to respect the quiet of the night.
Rates and city tax
Prices are in euro. The city tax is not included in the rate and is payable separately. Payment, prepayment, cancellation, no-show conditions, deposits, pre-authorisations and guarantees depend on the rate you select: the conditions shown in the booking engine at the time of booking apply.
Before you arrive
Where is Antalia in Positano?
Antalia is in Positano, Above Positano, at Via Tagliata 26. It is reached directly by road, and our complimentary shuttle helps guests move within Positano on request and subject to availability.
Above PositanoHow does the shuttle work?
The Antalia shuttle within Positano is included, on request and subject to availability. Our concierge coordinates it; there is no fixed public timetable, so we recommend arranging it in advance.
Will my room have the view and bathroom I saw in the photos?
Each room page shows photographs of that room only. All three Junior Suites have a front-facing view of the sea and Positano and a French balcony. When you book, select the room by name in the booking engine.
What is the atmosphere like in the evening?
Evenings centre on dinner at Chic Mama, where music accompanies the experience and the programme changes from evening to evening. At Antalia we ask all guests to respect the quiet of the night.
DiningIs there a pool or jacuzzi?
There is no pool or jacuzzi. Antalia guests have an exclusive solarium with sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower, and Arienzo Beach Club access is included with every stay, subject to availability and advance reservation.

Yes. Arienzo Beach Club access is included with every Antalia stay, subject to availability and advance reservation through the Concierge. Because availability is limited, we recommend reserving well in advance.
When is Arienzo Beach Club open?
Arienzo Beach Club is open from 10 May to September. Beach days also depend on weather and sea conditions: our concierge will confirm availability for your dates.
