For any privacy request write to privacy@antalia.it. Bagni d’Arienzo S.r.l. has not appointed a Data Protection Officer; requests are handled by the data controller.

When you send a request we use the information you provide to reply and to organise your stay, experience, event or collaboration. Enquiry, concierge, experience, event and travel advisor data are kept for 24 months.

Applications and CVs are handled only by our HR department and kept for 12 months.

Room reservations are completed in our booking engine (Ericsoft), which opens in a separate page; the data you enter there is used to manage your booking. Legal and tax retention obligations for bookings apply separately.

We send the newsletter, via Brevo, only to people who have given specific marketing consent and confirmed it through double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time; data is kept until consent is withdrawn.

Technical tools are always active. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) run through Google Tag Manager only with your consent, managed through iubenda. See the Cookie Policy.

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
