Room bookings are contracted with and paid to Bagni d’Arienzo S.r.l., which manages Antalia Boutique Hotel.

Reservations are made through our booking engine. Payment, prepayment, cancellation, no-show conditions, deposits, pre-authorisations and guarantees depend on the rate selected: the conditions shown in the booking engine at the time of booking apply.

Prices are in euro. The city tax is not included in the rate and is payable separately.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Late check-out is not offered as a standard service.

Petra and Aqua: up to 2 guests, no cot or extra bed. Aria: 2 adults and 1 child aged 0–2 in a cot. No extra beds.

Pets are not allowed; guide and assistance dogs are welcome in the cases provided for by law. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or indoors and is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms; they are welcome in the common areas while Chic Mama is open, and access for special occasions can be arranged case by case. We ask all guests to respect the quiet of the night.

Arienzo Beach Club access is included with every Antalia stay, subject to availability and advance reservation through the Concierge. Arienzo Beach Club is open from 10 May to September.

For paid experiences, full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancel at least 72 hours before the experience for a full refund; cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. One date or time change may be requested without penalty at least 72 hours before, subject to availability. For experiences priced by number of guests, the price is recalculated for reductions made at least 72 hours before. Please tell us about allergies or intolerances when booking.
